Refund Policy

An item purchased from YoursTruly, VP may be returned for a refund or exchange as long as it is within 14 days of the receipt that is emailed out. The item must be in the original unused condition as originally shipped to the customer. Please include the name you used when you placed the order on all returns and a shipping address will be emailed to you, will be refunded to the card you used when placing your order. Refunds take up to 5-10 business days after we receive the package.
